Sourced from Kagoshima, a region known for its pristine environment and volcanic-rich soil, our matcha embodies a modern expression of Japanese tea craftsmanship and purity.
CRAFTED IN THE SHADE
Before harvest, the tea fields are shaded for several weeks, allowing the leaves to develop intense colour, natural sweetness, and a smooth, balanced umami profile.
HARVESTED AT ITS PEAK
We select only the earliest spring leaves, prized for their freshness, vibrant taste, and naturally high nutrient content.
SLOWLY STONE-GROUND
The leaves are gently milled with granite stones, preserving their integrity and transforming them into a fine, velvety powder with remarkable depth and creaminess.
