CRAFTED IN THE SHADE
Before harvest, the tea fields are shaded for several weeks, allowing the leaves to develop intense colour, natural sweetness, and a smooth, balanced umami profile.

HARVESTED AT ITS PEAK
We select only the earliest spring leaves, prized for their freshness, vibrant taste, and naturally high nutrient content.

SLOWLY STONE-GROUND
The leaves are gently milled with granite stones, preserving their integrity and transforming them into a fine, velvety powder with remarkable depth and creaminess.
